What you will need

  • Your USDOT number.
  • Driver names and CDL state or province. Full CDL numbers are collected through a secure link.
  • Company legal name and address as registered.
  • A signed drug and alcohol policy. We provide it; you sign it.
  • The name of your Designated Employer Representative. For an owner-operator, that is you.

Step 3, payment, happens after we confirm the details. You receive a payment link by email. We never ask for card numbers over an unsolicited call.

What happens after I submit the form?

A compliance specialist calls or emails the same business day to confirm the details, sends the drug and alcohol policy for signature and a payment link. Once paid, the consortium certificate is issued the same day.

Is there a government fee for the consortium?

No. Consortium membership and DOT tests carry no government fee. Clearinghouse work is part of consortium management.

Is there a contract?

No. Annual services renew once a year with a reminder 30 days ahead. Cancel any time.

I am a Canadian carrier. Can I enroll here?

Yes. Quebec and Ontario carriers running into the US enroll through the same form. Every CDL driver who drives in the US needs a random testing program.
