Frequently asked questions
Do these prices include government fees?
No. Our prices are service fees. Any fee charged by a state or your IFTA base jurisdiction (trip permit fees, decal fees, the fuel tax itself) is paid separately and shown to you before you pay.
Why are some services on request?
Because the price depends on your fleet: the number of trucks and jurisdictions for IFTA, the states on a trip, the size of a training group. We reply with a written quote within one business day.
Are there contracts or auto-renewals?
Annual services renew once a year with a reminder 30 days ahead. You can cancel any time.
Can I pay online?
Yes, by card through a secure payment link once we confirm your request, or by ACH for fleets. We never take card numbers over the phone from an unsolicited call.
