Frequently asked questions
Do these prices include government fees?
No. Our prices are service fees. Any fee charged by FMCSA, the UCR Plan or a state (for example the 300 USD operating authority fee or your UCR bracket) is paid separately and shown to you before you pay. We never fold a government fee into a "registration fee".
Are there contracts or auto-renewals?
Annual services renew once a year with a reminder 30 days ahead. You can cancel any time; unused quarters of a prepaid IFTA plan are refunded.
Do you charge sales tax?
Compliance services are not taxable in most states. Where a state taxes them, tax is shown on the invoice before payment.
Can I pay online?
Yes, by card through a secure payment link once you enroll, or by ACH for fleets. We never take card numbers over the phone from an unsolicited call, and neither should you give them.
