How fast do you reply?
The same business day for anything received during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern. Requests sent in the evening get an answer the next morning.
Do you charge for a first call?
No. The compliance check is free. We tell you what applies to your operation, what the government charges and what we charge. You decide after that.
Can I get a quote in writing?
Yes. Every quote is written, itemized, and separates government fees from Profirm fees. Fleet quotes usually go out within one business day.
I received a letter or call that looks like FMCSA. Can you check it?
Send it to us. We will tell you whether it is real, at no charge. FMCSA never robocalls and never charges for forms.
