Profirm has served carriers since 1988. Profirm USA is new, and the US reviews below are being collected one client at a time. Nothing on this page is invented.
We are new to the US market. Profirm USA launched in 2026. Our Canadian clients have worked with us for decades, but a review from a Quebec fleet is not a US review and we will not label it as one. As US clients complete their first service we ask for a review, and it appears here.

How we collect reviews
- After the first completed service, we send one email asking for a review, with a link to Google and a reply address for anyone who prefers email.
- We do not pay for reviews, offer discounts for them, or ask only happy clients. Everyone gets the same email.
- Quotes on this page are published only with written permission, with the name, company and state the client agrees to show.
- Negative reviews are not removed. They get a reply from the person who handled the file, and the fix if there is one.
- Review platforms with paid placement or "reputation management" that hides reviews are not used.

Frequently asked questions
Why are there so few US reviews?
Because Profirm USA launched in 2026. We have served Canadian carriers since 1988 and Canadian reviews exist on the Canadian side, but we are not going to present them as US client reviews. The US reviews will appear here as they are written.
Do you pay for reviews or filter them?
No. We ask every client for a review after the first service is completed, with a link to Google. We do not pay, discount or gate. Negative reviews stay up and get a reply.
Where can I leave a review?
On our Google Business profile once it is live, or by email if you prefer. Tell us if we can quote you by name and company; we never publish a quote without permission.
Can I talk to an existing client?
Yes, with their permission. Ask us and we will connect you with a carrier of a similar size and lane.
